Rhydon Atzenhoffer

Rhydon Atzenhoffer brings a multi-faceted perspective to the HVACR industry shaped by hands-on experience, distribution leadership, and media-driven workforce advocacy. His career began on the contractor side of the business, where he developed a firsthand understanding of the technical, operational, and people challenges faced in the field. He later transitioned into HVAC distribution, building a reputation for strategic partnership, contractor support, and bridging the gap between manufacturers, wholesalers, and the trades. For the past five years along side of his distribution career, Rhydon has served as the founder and host of the HVAC R&D Podcast, a platform dedicated to meaningful conversations about life, leadership, and the future of the trades. Through more than 170 episodes, he has amplified voices from across the industry — contractors, educators, manufacturers, distributors, and workforce leaders — with a consistent focus on collaboration over competition and strengthening the HVACR talent pipeline.
