Leilani Orr

Leilani Orr is the Executive Director of GRIT Foundation (Growth & Resilience in Trades), a nonprofit introducing young people to the skilled trades through hands-on, mentor-led experiences—often before high school. With deep roots in the HVAC industry and a passion for practical learning, she works alongside contractors, manufacturers, and educators to create one-day GRIT Camps that spark curiosity, confidence, and real-world problem-solving. Her work centers on workforce development, early exposure to the trades, and building pathways that honor both skill and character in the next generation.
