Saphron brings over a dozen years of experience in construction management, building envelope design, and assessment. A seasoned industry public speaker across North America, she advocates for the fusion of interpersonal soft skills with technical expertise, a philosophy she actively instills through engagements ranging from university lectures to tailored sessions for industry stakeholders.   As an industry leader, Saphron’s influence is demonstrated by her role as President of the Building Commissioning Association’s Western Canadian Chapter in 2024 and her being honored with the esteemed 2021 BCxA 20 Under 40 Award for her notable contributions to the industry, and in 2025, the President’s Award for outstanding service to the Association.
