As Principal at Capstan Tax Strategies, Abby works closely with commercial real estate owners, designers, and contractors to provide support and guidance for the Federal tax incentives. Abby is a Professional Engineer — licensed in 47 states — and a LEED-accredited professional, helping her to truly understand her clients’ projects. Prior to tax consulting, Abby spent almost a decade specializing in commercial building design, which allows her to fluently speak the “language” of construction, architecture, and engineering. Abby has a special interest in sustainable construction, the built environment, and energy incentives, and finds her work in this sphere particularly meaningful.
