Ish Keener

Ish has over 15 years of experience as a building engineer, with a BS from Penn State University and an MS from Missouri University of Science and Technology. His core practice and primary focus is on building enclosures (both new and existing construction), including consulting, commissioning, forensic investigations, performance analysis and testing, remedial design, and whole building airtightness testing. Ish is the Past President of the BCxA Mid Atlantic’s Chapter and Manages the Building Enclosures Group for Sustainable Building Partners in Lancaster, PA. Ish’s experience on hundreds of construction projects has led to his drive to see whole building commissioning become "business as usual."
